Kantar Public will be present with a booth at the Understanding Society, Understanding Research Conference 2013 from 24th to 26th July at the University of Essex. The conference will showcase research gained through the prestigious UK Household Longitudinal Study.

Understanding Society has followed the lives of people living in 40,000 UK households since 2009. It is the largest social research programme of its kind in the world and provides information that is used to shape government policy and academic research.

Kantar Public has been awarded the contract to deliver the survey work for Understanding Society from 2014 on behalf of the Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of Essex. During our contract, Understanding Society will move to a new ground-breaking mixed-mode design incorporating web, face-to-face and telephone interviewing.
