Kantar Public Media Alert: Labour lead remains strong at 11 points
Voting intentions poll shows CON 30% (-1), LAB 41% (-2), LD 12% (+2), OTHER 17% (nc)

Labour’s double digit advantage over the Conservatives continued this week with the lead now standing at 11 points. This came despite a 2 point drop in Labour support over the last week, which currently stands at 41%. For the Conservatives, any hopes of a boost from Cameron’s cabinet reshuffle failed to materialise, as they dropped 1 point down to 30%.

The Liberal Democrats had a positive week with their vote share rising 2 points up to 12%, whilst the other parties combined total remained steady at 17%.

Kantar Public interviewed a representative sample of 1,206 people between 6th – 10th September, 2012.
