Helen has over 25 years’ experience in social research. Helen leads on our behaviour change and campaign evaluation work for public sector clients.
Her team has been responsible for evaluating many of the key public sector campaigns including Change4Life, the THINK! road safety programme, Early Diagnosis of Cancer, Great, This Girl Can, organ donation and ten years of tracking NHS Health Scotland’s campaigns, amongst others.
She has given a number of papers on communications research, and also contributed to the IPPR review of behaviour change, the NESTA overview of how communications can help to change environmental behaviour and the National Audit Office review of best practice in changing behaviour through communications.
