- Insight audit to optimise the use of knowledge within local authorities
- Capability building, via training and skills transfer to improve capability to undertake work internally or purchase/manage studies more effectively
- ‘Tough choice’ deliberation – co- creation (user centred design) to drive more cost effective service development and delivery Our experience includes:
