Head of National and Official Statistics

Keith is a Director in Kantar Public, which he joined in 2000, with over 20 years of experience in social research. Keith started his career at the Office for National Statistics where he worked on large-scale government surveys such as the Labour Force Survey and the Health Survey for England.

He currently heads a group of researchers that work for a wide range of government clients including the Home Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Work and Pensions, the Cabinet Office, the Welsh Government and the Financial Conduct Authority. Keith has worked on many high profile government surveys including the Crime Survey for England and Wales, the Community Life Survey, the National Survey for Wales, and the Employers Pension Provision Survey.

Keith has a particular interest in survey quality control and works closely with field operations to maintain and improve quality standards. He also has an interest in survey methodology and how new survey methods can be applied in practice.
