Keith Bolling – Director
Keith Bolling is a Director in TNS-BMRB with over 20 years of experience in social research. He has worked for TNS-BMRB since 2000. Prior to this, Keith worked for the Health Education Authority, where he commissioend and managed a range of research projects in the area of tobacco control. Keith started his career in the Social Survey Division of the Office for Poulation, Censuses and Surveys (now part of the Office for National Statistics) where he worked on large-scale government surveys such as the Labour Force Survey and the Health Survey for England.
He currently heads a group of researchers that work for a wide range of government clients including the Home Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Department for Work and Pensions, and the Financial Services Authority. In this role Keith has worked on many high profile government surveys including the British Crime Survey and the Offending Crime and Justice Survey for the Home Office, the Citizenship Survey for DCLG, the Employers Pension Provision Survey and the Employers Attitudes Survey for DWP, the Financial Capability Survey for the FSA, and the Infant Feeding Survey for DH.
Keith has a particular interest in survey quality control and works closely with field operations to maintain and improve quality standards. He also has an interest in survey methodology and how new survey methods can be applied in practice.
